Oxygen Therapy: Living with Oxygen, Helps and Hints
Rain-Out in Oxygen Concentrators, What it is, Its Causes and Solutions - Rain-out is when condensation collects in the concentrator tubing when a humidifier is being used. It can literally drive you nuts. This explains the problem and gives some solutions.

Safe Use of Compressed Gas Cylinders - Good instructions that will supplement what your oxygen supplier gives you.

A concentrator has a "filter," usually at the side or back. These filters are usually nothing more than a flat sheet of foam, sort of like a very thin sponge. Over time it will collect a lot of dust. You will need to remove this from time to time and clean it. They pull right out, aren't attached to anything. Just rinse it off in cool water and press it in a towel. This usually does the trick.
