| No matter who we are, patient, caregiver, family or friends of patients or caregivers, we all need support. We need to know there is always someone there to talk to, to lend a helping hand, to lean on, to just plain listen, to know we are not alone. There are individuals and groups worldwide offering this help. |

Caregivers |
| Caregivers. Being a Caregiver can be a thankless job. It can also be rewarding. Our caregivers offer their time, their hands, their broad backs and, most of all, they offer their hearts. They also need our support. Please visit our Caregiver page of links. | |
| Service Dogs | |
| Service Dogs. Just as there are guide dogs for the blind and hearing dogs for the deaf, there are dogs trained to assist disabled people. A service dog brings with it the gift of independence. A dog will pick up dropped objects, help in stability in walking and orientation, and pull wheelchairs. Please visit our Service Dogs page of links. | |
| Support Groups | |
| Support Groups. There are literally thousands of support groups. They take many forms. They may be a Usenet newsgroup, an email list, a chat group, or a real, go-to-a-meeting-and-meet-people-face-to-face support group. Choose the kind that you think will help you the most and join in! The water's fine! Please visit our Support Groups page of links. | |
